I have always been a bit of a people watcher and inquisitive of the world around me, these are two of the main ingredients that form to make my work. Those, and a compact camera.

These days most people are oblivious to the world around them, no-one has the time or desire to observe the beauty, surreality and continuous change that surrounds them in the very street they walk to work on everyday. It’s not as clear cut as a towering sculpture or a beautifully painted mural, but in the form of human connections and coincidences with public space. 

Using photography, or to be more specific “street” photography I capture the moments that I find absurd, magical, strange or simply just interesting. The main aim of my work is to try and get people to notice these moments, encourage them to take the time to look more carefully and to start to appreciate “the now” rather than worrying about what happened in the past or what's going to happen in the future.
